Account Executive | FinTech | AI-Native Accounting Platform (New York on site) | OTE $350K

I'm working with a fast-scaling, well-funded startup building AI agents that automate the most painstaking parts of accounting and audit work. The company just closed a $100M Series B at a $1.15B valuation, backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, and is now building out its go-to-market team to match its growth.

The Role

My client is hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle — from qualified pipeline through close — selling into accounting firms, finance teams, Insurance companies, and enterprise organizations looking to modernize how they work. This is one of the earliest AE hires on the team, meaning real influence over how the company sells, who it sells to, and how the GTM org scales from here.

What the role involves

• Running a full-cycle enterprise sales process: discovery, demo, negotiation, close
\n
• Building and managing a pipeline of accounting firms and finance organizations
\n
• Partnering closely with product and leadership to shape positioning as the category matures
\n
• Helping build repeatable GTM playbooks as an early member of the sales team
\n

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, selling into finance, accounting, or fintech buyers
\n
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
\n
• Comfort selling a new category — able to build conviction with skeptical buyers without a mature market playbook to lean on
\n
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York
\n
