The Director, Retail Compensation Programs will report to the Sr. Director, Compensation. This role will work closely with the broader Global Compensation team—across program design, delivery, and consulting—as well as with various key partners including HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, HR People Solutions, HR Technology, Internal Communications, and External Vendors & Consultants.
The Director, Retail Compensation Programs & Consulting is a key leader in helping ensure competitive and equitable rewards at Nike.
