Working fully remote, the ETL Tester will design, automate, and execute test cases for Enterprise Data Warehouse ETL processes in a State Government Medicaid environment, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Design and execute test strategies for validating functional and non-functional requirements of ETL data pipelines Perform backend testing to ensure data quality, standardization, and accurate mapping from source systems to target Medicaid EDW Develop automated validation scripts and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Python and Azure DevOps Required qualifications 5+ years of QA/testing experience in ETL, data warehouse, or healthcare analytics environments Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases such as Teradata or SQL Server Hands-on experience with Python, Azure, and Azure Data Factory for test automation and data validation Experience with ETL tools like Informatica and test management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
