The Nurse Manager for Dialysis will oversee the Ambulatory Treatment Center, CMC Dialysis Care (inpatient and outpatient), and the Donor Apheresis Center. Education
\n
\n
\n - (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) or
\n - Other Accredited Program: (MN) Master in Nursing (Required)
\n
\n
Work Experience
\n
\n
\n - 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience (Required)
\n
\n
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
\n
\n
\n - Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. (Required proficiency)
\n - Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership. (Required proficiency)
\n - Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

\n - Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required) and
\n - Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
\n - Certification in clinical or leadership specialty (Required within 1 Year)
