We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a healthcare organization on a Long-term Contract assignment. In this role, you will help drive day-to-day hiring operations by keeping recruitment activities organized, responsive, and candidate-focused. This position works closely with talent acquisition and hiring leaders to support interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding steps in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential candidates through online sourcing platforms, industry networks, and other recruiting channels to build strong talent pipelines.
• Screen incoming resumes and initiate outreach to applicants with relevant experience to move opportunities forward efficiently.
• Arrange interviews and manage scheduling logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Assist with pre-employment activities such as background checks, onboarding coordination, and collection of required hiring documents.
• Contribute to hiring events, community outreach efforts, and employer branding activities that attract prospective candidates.
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide administrative support that helps the talent acquisition team stay organized and on schedule.• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to coordinate interviews, maintain hiring records, and support full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting is helpful, but not required.
